Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

As an independent ticket resale marketplace, all sales are final once an order is placed and payment is confirmed. We do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or personal circumstances.

Event Cancellation

If the event is officially cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled to a new date, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of the cancellation announcement.

Event Postponement

If the event is postponed to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled event. Refunds are not offered for postponed events. If you are unable to attend the new date, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Invalid or Non-Delivered Tickets

If your tickets are not delivered or are found to be invalid at the venue due to an error on our part, you will receive a full refund or replacement tickets. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issue with your order.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where eligible), please contact us by email with your order details as soon as possible. Include your name, email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Failure to attend the event
  • Denied entry due to violation of venue rules
  • Travel or accommodation costs related to the event
  • Changes to the event lineup or format
