All ticket prices are set by the marketplace and may differ from the original face value.
All purchases are final. We do not offer cancellations or exchanges once an order has been placed. Pricing is based on market conditions and may vary from the original face value — tickets may be priced above or below face value.
Tickets are delivered electronically via email or ticketing app, typically 24–48 hours before the event. You must provide accurate contact information when placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.
If an event is cancelled without rescheduling, you will be eligible for a full refund. If an event is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date. We are not liable for any costs incurred in connection with the event, including travel or accommodation expenses.
We assume no responsibility for changes to the event lineup, event modifications, or decisions made by the organizer or venue. Our liability is limited to the face value of the tickets purchased.
Entry to the event is subject to the rules and regulations of the National Gymnastics Arena and event organizers. We are not responsible for denied entry due to non-compliance with venue policies.
